Club Factory — amount charged but order unprocessed

I placed an order of amount 104.120 kd on clubfactory on 19th october' 2018. My credit card was debited but the club factory app said that the payment is declined. Im trying to contact clubfactory through customer service chat but there is no response. I have proof of payment from my bank.
