Club Factory — amount debited but no refund | |||||
I ordered a product and it got confirmed, the amount also got debited i have been trying to contact customer via app but no reply. Only system generated reply comes within 24 hours but there is no response either refund or deliver the product. Without any confirmation or notice they had cancelled the order.
