[Resolved] Club Factory — amount deducted from credit card but not received the refund till now | |
Dear concern, I have ordered some items from club factory. Even i have ordered fisrt time and money got deducted but order not placed. Again i make the payment and got the sandle, which was good. I also received my refund after so many follow ups on mail. Again after seeing sandle good, i ordered 3 items when tried for payment from kotak credit card, it has been deducetd from the card but at club factory end it shows transaction failure. Verified Support Jun 01, 2018 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, If it shows the payment was failed and your account was deducted, please do not worry, the money will be returned to your bank account in about 7-14 working days, please pay attention to your account activities.
