Club Factory — amount detected and showing unpaid

I ordered one jacket around rs.1152, order id#so[protected] from club factory app, i paid amount through mobikwik wallet, amount is detected, but still showing unpaid. There is no response from customer care side. I dont thrust this club factory app. My amount is struck on the club factory. Please refund my full amount.
