Club Factory — amount refunded by club factory but not credited in my account

The order that i was returned on 05 october 2017 amount of 734.09 (Inr) which i had made payment via paytm gateway online through hdfc to credit card. It was said payment was refunded but never credit back to my account. I don't know how to go about, there was contact number but never could get a proper contact with the number they provide.
My refund transection id is sor[protected]
Payment method - net banking (Sbi)
Refund amount-678.96/-
