I ordered the name of akg headphones from clubfactory site. I paid the amount of 235 rs. Inr. When time to return that headphones they said the amount to charge of pickup collection i. E rs.90
We don't know this criteria or not shown it's terms condition.
I m very disturbed from this service. And mentally harassing from this site

    As far as product quality is concerned i am happy, but something is forcing me to stop shopping on club factory and that is the delay in product delivery specially for those products for which i have already made online payments.. My order number is so72613848 i am awaiting for my product from last 2 weeks but there is no information regarding my product.. And in these two weeks i have again order something but this time it was cod and i got my product delivered within 7 days.. I really don’t understand this.

    Dear, sorry for this, the order you mentioned was delayed because of warehouse issues, but now it was handed to local courier and will be dispatched very soon.
    I didn't get my order till now and when I was trying to track my order there was an error message shown.

        I had placed order on 11th december 2018.. Unfortunately i had forgotten my account email and password now am unable to track my order then i have downloaded the app and signed in it through my gmail account. I have tracked my order on guest order but am not getting any shipping details i can see only the option shipped and when i opened the track my order option it is not showing anything... Hope you will resolve my problem. Waiting for a positive response

          I had placed a pre-paid order on 21.11.2018 which was supposed to get delivered by 5th to 9th dec. Now, after waiting for such a long time, in the app it says that the ordered product has been delivered on 3rd dec, 2018 but its 16th dec 2018 today and i haven't received my order till date. Tried reaching out for help, but its no where to be found. Neither am i able to track my order. Given customer care no. Doesn't respond either. Very horrible service!

            I ordered 15 products from you. But there was no verification call received and after 24 hours i received the message cod canceled. My order no is so75307191
            Need those things before new year please confirm my order. Look into this maater please it’s really urgent. It’s really necessary first time i ordered i received the package but this time no verification i am highly disappointed. Kindly solve my problem.               I ordered a dress material, but i got a different dress in the package, i tried to return it but a message (You may return all items within 9 days after delivery for refund) popped up again and again, i am not able to return it, i called customer care ([protected]) 7-8 times only two times call was picked and 1st executive told to wait 24 hrs, and after 24 hrs when i called 2nd executive told to take support from chat department, i did chat too but no response came from there too. So please take this parcel back & release my refund.

                I want to cancel my order. My order number is so74811301. 2 (A swimwear and a ring) items were ordered around dec 11. I tried cancelling through the app but was unsuccessful although the items have not been shipped. The customer care is taking forever to reply to my chats. The orders were placed by mistake and i am no longer interested in continuing with the purchase. I sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to the company. Please help me resolve this problem.                     Last 22sd november i bought some items using your oficial website, when i paid i received 2 emails, one from [protected]@clubfactory approuving my purchaseso[protected], but some days later imrece8ved some other mails from ckubfatorynsaying that you need me to send you a picture of my debit card in order to be refound (I didnt ask for a refound) and the strange thing is that the payment emaik was written in english but those emails asking me personal infomwere written in spanish, and on your first email you wrote that some frqudes habe been happening so you will never ask for personal info, so imdecided to not send any picturemof my debit card, but now when i try to track my cutler using this code it says is not valid (So[protected] but in another page from ckubfactory wichni have open since the moment i bougut my items this is the information:

                      It has been more than five and a half months since i returned 9 products. Till date i have not got my refund. I have been escalating the matter to the officials but each and every time i have to explain the whole issue. I have to get a refund of rs. 1854.71/-
                      I had sent the products via indian post. I have also got the information that the product was delivered to the concerned department. But till date they have not processed my refund.
                      I have been trying to contact these people through the number available in google which seems to be forever engaged
                      I need my refund or i will have to file a case against them

                        I made an order with order id so75334250 on 12 dec 2018. Now when i am trying to track the order it is showing as “ order owner error” and my account shows no orders.                           Hi there, i cancelled an order after a paid transaction of amount ₹1038. 76.. They said the money is refunded but i haven't still got any money in my sbi account.

                          The transaction i made was from my sbi debit card.. They said that the money will get refunded to paytm. Are you kidding me? I don't have a paytm account : (

                          What's wrong with them? Are club factory really fraud.. Please refund my money asap.. And please send the money to my sbi account instead of sending it to paytm.. Paytm support is worst then club factory..

                            My order number is so71723552.
                            I made order dec 1st. It contained an headset and a free gift. A free gift i recieved by inviting friends. The terms and contions at that time was cart value should be 200 to recive gift. I did the same. Also as it was my first order i got 40 rs off. I payed for the order and waited. On 11th they canceled my order saying item is out of stock, but in real the item was still available for order. When i mentioned that to indian customer care number they asked me to contact via chat support. And chat support was too bad. No proper reply. Still i waited and atlast they said to place an order again. And by now price of headset has goneup. Also now the free gift condition has changed to minimum cart value of 500. Also the first order 40rs of voucher has been used up. I have been asking about this many times in chat but the answer is same.

                                        I gave two orders as guest order without signing in and now one of them is being cancelled and the money is not yet refunded. On the other hand the other order is already being shipped but i want to change my address as something was wrong in my address. And i am not being able to do it. There is no such option.
