Club factory is a fraud site. I received an order of shirt on 21st of october, but it was small and i raise the request for return the order. Nobody comes for pickup the return and even i complain 20-30 times on-call support team and chat support team, every time they do fake commitment and after one month i am still waiting for return the product.

Please do not buy any product from club factory they cheat you and fraud site. No proper return and refund they will not give your refund.

Please buy the product from amazon and flipkart. Club factory is the worst site.

I had order winter lovely children's cap white rabbit cotton rar cap on 19 october 2018 and estimated delivery date is 6 of november but i haven't received the item yet. I am very unsatisfied with the service it almost cross the estimated date. Kindly, look forward to the foresaid issued.

    It was my first order and its the worst experience.

    I placed an order and on next day i cancelled it.
    After few days money got credited in my club factory balance. But when i tried to withdraw it, it doesn't allow me to enter decimal digits. And hence i decide to use my club factory balance for next order... Then i select the product and at the time of payment i didn't see any option to select existing balance...
    Either refund my full amount to my bank account or tell me how yo use existing balance...
    I am very unsatisfied with this... Solve my problem as soon as possible

    With due regret I wish to inform you that I placed an order to purchase a kids toothbrush but when I opened the packet, the brush was not there. I have sent a vedio of the same. Please look into the matter and honestly send my product as soon as possible so that I can remain your loyal customer in future. Thank you.

      We have bought one sweeter from club factory but item is damaged. I have raised request for return on same day when i got delivery however since last 15 days they are not picking up product and not giving refund. Making excuse that now our season is going on.

      Now they are not picking up product a d not giving me refund. Telling me that you can do whatever you want. We will not do anything. They are not giving any satisfactory revert

        This is to inform you that i placed an order (SO6733844 ) on 30/10/2018. The payment was confirmed but two days later i received a text that the order has been cancelled and the amount Rs 2453.44 shall be refunded. But the amount has not been refunded yet. I dont have a club factory account so i did a guest order and paid through my debit card.

        After trying over hundred times, i finally got through the customer care number and spoke to a representative. but the lady had no idea how to resolve my issue and advised me to download an app on my phone even thought i told her that i dont use a smart phone and the money will be refunded in the app. I tried downloading it in my friends phone but could see any refunded amount.

        Kindly refund the amount to the card i made the payment with. I tried calling the customer care number over hundred times but its always busy and never gets connected.

        i kept trying the customer care number and finally i got connected to an agent. he told me that the money has already been reflected to my account as he can see on the system whereas i just checked my account ten minutes before talking to him and there was no sign of refund. but the guy on the phone was very sure about it. so i went to the atm and checked again and there wasnt any refund. its already been 14 days now and no response to my emails or calls. please help

            Still no update for my order SO57904448
            From club factory for my order itstatus very disappointing. I want my money back it should be refunded as soon as possible.This is the second time I m facing such an issue .It's really very bad experience from club factory and still they are not updating me status it's still in custom clearance .the estimated delivery date has passed one week still no progress and they won't refund money soon and in the right way instead ask paytm wallet etc.it's really disappointing I want my money back inow the account it's very awful.

                    The handbag has a disgusting material and the handle is mere low quality leather pieces stitched together. Very very bad product. I want to return it. I will not pay a penny for picking it up. This was my first club factory order. Trust me i'll give a negative review for this. I will never ask my friends to use cf. Unhappy with the service you provide. I want the money refunded as well. Let me talk to the supervisor whom so ever

                      I have ordered my product on 25/10/2018 and the courier people said that my pincode was wrongly displayed so they coulnt deliver on 31/10/18and they said they will deliver on 5/11/2018 i didnt receive yet .and now xpressbee is not even responding .iam not getting any updates about my order customer care is not even responding to our calls really disappointed with the bad experience

                          I suddenly log out my club factory account which was created on my phone number. Updated version of club factory does not allow me to open my account with phone number. I know my account password but when i fill details to log in then app says that invalid email. Please suggest me what to do? I have to track my orders from my account. Please kindly help me.

                          I cancelled my order before 1 month because of delay in delivery but my money still not refunded by company. I am everyday trying to contact with customer care but they are never ever available for the customer. they always seems busy. dear service provider of club factory you are requested to refund my money.
                          Ordered an item a month ago . SINCE the quality is cheap i raised to return. They deducted for return and also club factory dud not refund my money.

Online purchase is intent ed to get the item direct to my home not other places so it is not possible to collect from other places so please arrange home delivery.otherwise refund the paid cash.

They won't pay back the money to the bank account also create issue in that too, very dreadful i want my product status update now why they advertise when they can't provide any services

                                    Hello, i have opened the account in club factory.
                                    I purchased some clothes, but its not perfect size and not as good.
                                    When i want to returned, i am unable to get return items menu in app.
                                    So when i logged off, and logged in, its not allowed me to do reset password setting.

                                    I tried to contact customer care telephone number and by mail, but no reply.

                                      I ordered a top and i paid in advance
                                      After 2 days i got a msg that my order is being processed and will take 2-5 days.
                                      Then after few days when i checked for ma package
                                      I saw that it was cancelled but i did not get msg regarding that
                                      Status is that refunded on 26th
                                      I have my ministatement and i did not receive any refund on 26th or after that till now
                                      When i call the customer care number it is always busy or they do not connect the call
                                      Very poor response
                                      I am very disappointed
