My order no. Is so30979557. My order is cancelled by clubfactory itself. Its more than 10 working days now and i have not got the refund till now. Service is the worst as no other site takes this long for order to get delivered or for refund. Can you please refund me my money as soon as possible. This is the worst customer experience that i have ever had. Never ever going to do the shopping with clubfactory again. Display product and actual product are different and is of very low quality.

I ordered a dress.. I didn't like it .I returned it.It's been 2 months everyday I am checking with customer care they are asking me to wait..how many days I should wait..they have not even intiated my refund..please refund my money immediately.
I have ordered Cross Handbags(2 bags) in the same order but only one it has delivered. And the bag is not the same in the picture. They cheated me as I logged in as a guest, there is no easy policy to return.

Please help!!!
I have purchased women's canvas handbags from club factory. Order was delivered on 12th June 2018. My order number is SO24407473. Due to some reason I returned the product on 13th June 2018. I didn't get my money back on my paytm wallet. Club factory shows that they refunded the money. But it shows an error page while checking refund status.

    I have ordered cloth order no is s[protected]. Delivered on 29th june 2018. Same is returned on 2/07/2018 with pod notmr5188612. Same is returned and the reason is warehouse people refused to take the product. And the complaint is rmade with support team and they have promised to arrange courier person with thier own expenses. And till today no one came to collect the product and amount also not refunded.

    I m not comfortable with short dress so I decided to cancel my order and reorder my new product so I would be so help if I can order my new product with same date delivery.. I'm so sorry but I really love it the product but I want to order a new like pants T-shirt ND shoe bag

      So27988270... And the product came under worst condition so i placed a return request on[protected] and the return id son[protected] through ecom courier tracking id[protected]... Its delivered on 15th july 2018... Still there was no refund... And the chat team was really worst than the item which i bought still there was no move and not good response... Am chatting for the past one month for my refund... Please make a step for my problem... I have attached all my proof below... Kindly give a solution

      My order number SO32112872. which I ordered on 14 july 2018 and on 23July in the morning I got a message and a mail that my order got cancelled, but I haven't recieved my refund and they are saying that according to them, you have got the balance in your club factory wallet but I haven't got anything.
      Your customer care no is not working if itss work your employes hold our line it cant be connect is this the way to treat a customer i want a geniun customer care no.
      I purchase a bag nd made payment by paytm but when i got the bag i dont like it because the bag is very small in size nd i return it ...i return my bag to ecom express but still i dont get my refund

        Order number:so29418246. I ordered a handbag, bracelet and a kid straw. Purse sent is of wrong color. I was supposed to gift both bracelet and purse to sister. But its of a useless color.             Requested sir,
            A same product has been ordered twice one is paid online which i am ready to accept. But another one is on cod when i got a confirmation call i had clearly mentioned her that i have ordered the product through online payment and i donot need the product through cod. The lady has confirmed the order. I have attached the online paid order receipt for your knowledge.

              I ordered a jacket from Club Factory. But colour is worst and material is too bad. It's not worthy.
              My order id is SO33281813. I ordered 4 items. All are in damaged Conditions. No items are in good condition and I want to return those product. Please let me the procedure how to return. I ordered as COD. Is there any customer care no. If so pls share.

                Tracking id[protected]. I have requested for the return pick up becuse the product quality was so poor. I have raised the request on 20 th july. And its still not been done. I have callec srveral times and tried to chat also. But customer service is damn pathetic. I want my return pickup.to he done asap and want refund. Never gonna shop with club factory.

                  Order Number SO30437276. I had made a guest order in club factory. The product quality was too bad so i had given a return request by contacting the support team. But now its been more than 2 weeks since i gave the return request. Every time i ask them they say it will take 2 - 4 days for the delivery boy to pick up the product from my location. I'am very much disappointed at this.

                    Unlike all the online shopping sites, club factory return procedure not simple and not easy to understand. How to return the product ??? . Usually all the online shopping sites will send one agent to collect the return product. If club factory also follow the same procedure then it will be customer friendly(more chance to purchase the products). If not there is no point to purchase from the club factory.

                    As ordered item unavailable, club factory mentioned message in the app like "sorry, 1 item is unavailable . please check the refund information in view refund history". That amount i found in "your balance " in the app. I withdraw that amount but i didn't receive to my bank account. Please take this as complaint.

                      I have already reported some months before based on my refund matter... And the club factory team didn't took the action and the team are making us as fool... The team are doing fraudulent activity to the customers... You should take action for my refund... I have already reported several times for this issue...                         I ordered on 11 july 2018 and estimate delivery date is 28 july 2018, but still i didn't got my order, and i ping to club factory via app, but still not any reply from customer care, i searched contact no of customer care on google and tried to call but i am getting reply number is not reachable, i didn't found valid number on google or on there own website. I am really helpless right now.

                        My return was picked up on 13th July and delivered to the seller on 22nd July but yet I haven't received my refund. I have dropped emails, chat with customer service and also called by none has helped me. Its just harassment, 6 days have passed since my return good has reached you guys

                        I cancelled my order on 16.7.18 through official website. My refund not been credited even after repeated request. Even in app balance no refund to withdraw, but the company repeatedly saying see app balance for refund and not accepted to refund directly into my bank account online.

                          Order number is so31901568. I have received only half the items in the order. On tracking it is showing as delivered. 04 items are missing from the packet. I was chatting on customer service support on app, they said they will guide towards correct channel, post which no response.

                          I have tried calling on the india customer service number, it keeps on asking to wait while the call is being transferred but nobody connects through.

                          I want either the 04 items to be delivered, or the money to be refunded.

                          I have attached the photos of the items not delivered. Also of the last response from the in app chat.

                          I returned order last month. They told me after receiving they will refund in 15 days. It's a month and I did not get any refund.

                            Sent damaged product.. And asking for return shipping fee even if it's their fault...Asking to read FAQ where it's really mentioned shipping fee not needed .. No proper customer care..Support people not seeing the earlier chats and making us to say the same thing again which is really irritating customers

                                    Its been one month.. I have applied for refund still not get my refund.. When i contact customer care the are busy all the time when i messaged them they once said they have received my parcel n refund will me done 3-4 days now they said it was refunder on 14 april and i have applied for refund on 19 june... Look.. N some time they say we have refunded on your paytm wallet, even i dnt have paytm wallet. The worst app... I want my refund back

                                      I purchased items in club factory. Order tracking no. [protected] it was not delivered in my hand nd i got a message that it was delivered on july 17th itself now the date is 28th july. And my second item i ordered was also not deleverd [protected].... It's two ankle bracelet and one two ear rings... Very bad and waste of my money please do look in to it or atleast return my money back immediately
