I have returned 2 of my purchases vide Order No. P04323164 dated 19.7.23 and P04343952 dated 25.7.23, as the clothes didn't fit and also the quality not upto the mark. I have returned both the items on 29.7.23. I have received the confirmation of receipt of returns on 4.8.23.

I bought a ucb t-shirt for ₹1399 from pantaloons, gorakhpur, uttar pradesh on 17th march 2019. I wore it once and then i washed the tshirt, its green (Turquoise green) colour bled and affected the white colours on the collar and sleeves. Also a small hole is now seen just below the neck collar on the back below the ucb logo.

I bought 2 new shirt from your cannaught place outlet (A block) as soon as a hand washed it after first 2 uses it bleeded and due to which both of my new shirts are now destroyed. Please follow up in this issue i need a replacement asap. M your regular customer and didn't even told me about it. There is no tag even which mentions that the shirt will bleed.

Hello,

I bought united colors of benetton shift of mrp 2399/-. I used it and just after washing it for the first time, its color colours faded and became a bit white. This is really not expected from sach a high brand like united colours of benetton.
If the colour of shift of worth 2399/- will fade just after first wash, what else we can expect from such a highly appreciated brand like ucb?

I had purchased 2 t-shirts from benetton store in kolhapur in february, last week. 5his was done using benetton gift card which i received from one of my friends.

Upon just one wash the t-shirt feels like it is years old and lost all it's elasticity, strength. One is in grey colour and other is of white colour. And both were the premium products of benetton.

As stated above in the subject matter of complaint which specified clearly that I had 500 club color points and the last date of redemption of which was 9th april.On 9th April I went to UCB branch, city center, salt lake, kolkata.When I asked them to redeem the points in the top I bought from the kids counter, they told that my number was in the suspected list. I have humbly pointed out multiple times, as a loyal customer o[censored]nited Colors of Benetton, that due to size issues ( child size) I have returned both items of order 7734 . This was verified by the pick-up delivery person who came to collect the items. However, your Warehouse has updated only one item in the system, and only partial refund has been effected.
I am earnestly requesting for full refund as I have returned both items as I needed adult size tee shirts.

Ordered 7 items online on 6th Aug. Received 3 items on 9th Aug and 4 are pending till now. Wrote to Customer Service on 13th Aug, they responded on 14th Aug saying they need time to investigate. Today is the 16th and nothing has changed. How can It take you 10 days to dispatch an order ?
I can't even view a return button / option against the products I have received, how do I return them ?
The Manage Order tab on the website malfunctions. It sends an OTP which you input but displays nothing after that.
What a disgrace for this brand.
I want to know where the 4 products are, when will I receive them ?

My Tshirts o[censored]nited colours of Benetton bought from Pantaloon outlet in Warje - Pune - May 2024 have discoloured / faded during the 1st wash. The expensive product worth 2000/- each faded in 1st wash reflects the poor quality of the products and its poor quality control to ensure the quality products are made available to the consumers.Such products should be recalled and recalibrated before being sold in the market to avoid the customers getting feeling like cheated and inturn affecting the reorders and bad publicity.
My T shorts should be replaced / refunded

I got a pair of jeans from UCB online. It came like 3 sizes bigger. Now I am unable to file a request for return. Despite filling all the details carefully and correctly, it shows an error every time. Their customer care number is also not reachable.
