Hi team,

I have done a purchase of 3467/- in the month of june with order number so23708768 and i had to return few items because of the quality issues, and i had raised a return request on the same day which would be 12th june 2018. And the delivery guy arrived to my house on the same weekend 16th june for pickup from ecom delivery with tracking number:[protected] and carrier’s phone no:[protected].

I have been following up with the team since a month and have been receiving very lame response from them. I don’t find even a single person who is least bothered to address my issue and this kept going on for days with delays. Some say that refund has been initiated and some say they will look into it. At the end, all they did was ignore my complaint multiple times.

I just spoke to an execute this afternoon after trying to contact the team for a week, and they gave me this id stating that my issue can be escalated here, which i hope is true, hence my effort in writing you a detailed mail. I’m quite surprised to say that the customer call service is very poor.

I always loved cf app and been referring it to all my friends but this experience with the team has left me thoroughly disappointed and i would not suggest this app to any in future. As much as i want to address the pros with this app, this recent experience has left me baffled and shocked. I can finally say that the quality of service from cf is below average and not very genuine.

With this mail, i hope that your team would address my issue on high priority and make sure that i would be receiving my refund amount of (1761-94=) 1666 after pick up deduction.

Also attached the chats and required screenshots needed for the query with this mail. Your involvement will be appreciated else i will be forced to take drastic measures. Thanks!!

    I have ordered 2 top products of order number so30187866. Approximate delivery date was 24 july 2018. But it delivered on 21 july. But those shirt's size is not fit for me.       I have ordered watch on 25jun-18 and got the same on 1st jul-18 and on the same day i have lodged a complaint that the size of the watch is too large so i need the refund back and on the next day reverse pickup has been arranged and delivered the same to your club factory warehouse as on 9th jul-18 (Awb no[protected] & order no-so28361282 and from 9th of july till today i-e 26th jul-18 no body has initiated my refund in account. They keep on saying same repetitive statements that dont worry we have escalated this matter to finance department and you will get the refund shortly.
      Not expecting this from such a huge respected firm.

      Club factory doing the same thing with me, its approximately one and half month have completed but still they haven't initiated my refund and their customer care repeat the same thing again and again that they have escalated my refund process to a technical or higher department but still their customer care acting like a robot

          Sir, i have order 42 size shoe and recieved a wrong size (43) for the order no: so 28800947, which i made on clubfactory on 13th july 2018. I applied for the return and refund on 13th july 2018 itself ie on the day which i recieved the product. Till now the seller failed to take back and refund for the wrong size shoe sent by him. They were not even responding properly to the issue. The return order id is son[protected]. After several conversation, on 20th july 2018 they intimated me that they will arrange for the return pickups in 3 to 4 days and still no one came for the pickups. The proof is attached with this complaint.

            I am chasing with club factory team since one month for my refund of inr 491. It is not about money amount but about there service providing to customer.
            I have already returned them their material one month back but still they are saying only one thing that your refund is under process and you will get back in 7-8 days. I have attached all the chats with them for your reference.

            For this kind of person i suggest to take some strict action so that they cannot eat money with interest of any another consumers.

              Please help me. I ordered 3 dresses on 14th june and received on 25th june because of bad quality returned the items on 26th june and was received by delhi return center on 27th june.                 I had made a guest order in club factory. My order no is so32354512.. Now i am not able to track my order.

                It's been 1 week since i have ordered. I don't know which courier service is delivering my order, no details of courier service was send to my mobile number or mail id. I have made the payment and it was shown order will be shipped. I have no idea of where my order is.

                    I ordered a jacket and it was delievered afyer 19 days to my address with size very small.So I returned it through Indian post (as they dont have pick up services in my area shown by the app Pincode-411057, Pune). The package was sent back from the address (New Delhi) saying the address has been moved.
                    I got the customer care number from google ([protected]). I explained the guy what happened and he said he is the manager of club factory in India.He said my amount will be reverted right now but for that he asked my card details like 16 digit card number, date, and CVV which I dint provide for the obvious reason.I asked these details are not necessary for bank transfer to which he argued back saying the amount can be reversed only by verifying the details of the card from which the payment was done.I reported the no on RBIs fraud complain lt website "donotcall.gov".
                    Still now I am waiting for my refund as their app keeps saying it will take 5 business days to process the request once the order will reach out to us.
                    I want to raise a complaint against clubfactory and want my refund back.

                    On June 25 I returned my Order material because it is not fit to me. Till today i am not getting any refund status or amount.

                                I withdrew my balance from cf account to my bank account. But have not received the money back to my bank. Please give me back my money. I dont want to buy anything from your ridiculous website.

                                Its almost a month since i am chatting with some # sitting in the customer care center, but to no use. They dont even have phone numbers to talk. Every time different executive replies without any knowledge of the background. Its really frustrating.

                                LIKE NOT EVEN THE BASIC SIZE ARE AVAILABLE SO HOW CAN WE BUY STUFF.
                                Please make at least the basic sizes like-6, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 available. You really need
                                I downloaded the app thinking I'll buy my shoes but then sizes are not available.

                                  I have ordered a dress of total cost 515₹ including 95₹ shiping charge.. Thae cloth was really a worth quality like 30₹ and not same as i saw in photo.. Color was also other. So i request to refund by chat with damn support service.. They told me that return price is deducted from your refund ammount... After 1 mnth of return the product... I did not get any refund from factory club they only chatting with us.. I just want to ask a que.. I[censored] will provide a poor qaulity of product why should we not returned u... And if i return ur poor product then why did u deduct the return charge...???

                                        The order so24050406 was returned and delivered to the warehouse of club factory. The refund is not received for more than 30 days now. Online support or helpline number keep on mentioning that the matter us escalated or transfered to their finance team. Their support has been pathetic. To disappoint further they even are not here to reimburse the courier amount as they do not have pick up facility in hyderabad. Such a shame on the team and company for they can't even address a small concern. How can they even expect to succeed in indian market...
