Hi team,

I am chasing with club factory team since one month for my refund of inr 491. It is not about money amount but about there service providing to customer.
I have already returned them their material one month back but still they are saying only one thing that your refund is under process and you will get back in 7-8 days. I have attached all the chats with them for your reference.

For this kind of person i suggest to take some strict action so that they cannot eat money with interest of any another consumers.

I need your support to get back my refund amount and take some strict action against them.

    Please help me. I ordered 3 dresses on 14th june and received on 25th june because of bad quality returned the items on 26th june and was received by delhi return center on 27th june. The refund amount was refunded in my club factory balance on 21st july. I withdraw it to my paytm wallet, but i didn't receive any money in my paytm wallet. Refund id is sor[protected]. Order number is so26549592. Please help as soon as possible. Please. My refunded amount was 9.81usd (Rs. 633.31)...

    Pls cancel my order. Item No. CTO[protected]N. Because am out of station so I can't get ur product. That's y I wanted return this product.
    I transfer my refunding amount to my main ac balance from clubfactory ac but money is still not reach aupto my main ac and now clubfactory balance is also showing zero balance...i am so regret why i have choose to order it from clubfactory...damt regret...please help it out..

      I had made a guest order in club factory. My order no is so32354512.. Now i am not able to track my order.

      It's been 1 week since i have ordered. I don't know which courier service is delivering my order, no details of courier service was send to my mobile number or mail id. I have made the payment and it was shown order will be shipped. I have no idea of where my order is.

      Pls help me out to track my order.

          I ordered a jacket and it was delievered afyer 19 days to my address with size very small.So I returned it through Indian post (as they dont have pick up services in my area shown by the app Pincode-411057, Pune). The package was sent back from the address (New Delhi) saying the address has been moved.
          I got the customer care number from google ([protected]). I explained the guy what happened and he said he is the manager of club factory in India.He said my amount will be reverted right now but for that he asked my card details like 16 digit card number, date, and CVV which I dint provide for the obvious reason.I asked these details are not necessary for bank transfer to which he argued back saying the amount can be reversed only by verifying the details of the card from which the payment was done.I reported the no on RBIs fraud complain lt website "donotcall.gov".
          Still now I am waiting for my refund as their app keeps saying it will take 5 business days to process the request once the order will reach out to us.
          I want to raise a complaint against clubfactory and want my refund back.

          On June 25 I returned my Order material because it is not fit to me. Till today i am not getting any refund status or amount.
          Kindly help to get the refund immediately.

                  I have been asking for my refund since a month. They sent me the wrong size and i sent the product back to them. No response yet. I had ordered 2 shirts worth 1700 inr. They keep saying on support chat wait for 5 days but they don't give the refund. Day before they don't me due to certain reasons they aren't giving back refund to anyone. Not acceptable i sent their product back to them

                  Same has happened with me.I returned the order but the address they provided on the app, dint receive the order.As a result package was sent back to me by Indian Post.Now they are not taking back their product neither replying to my querries.

                    My order number is so33232677. My order has been shipped and payment has been made. But i am not able to track my order. The xpressbees has no track record and the club factory customer service doesn't ever answer my call.
                    I want to know where is my order.
                    The mail clearly specofies that the trackkng details will be available.in 2-3 days..
                    More than 2. Weeks gone by and i have no idea where my order is. And no details of it with the courier service.

                      I withdrew my balance from cf account to my bank account. But have not received the money back to my bank. Please give me back my money. I dont want to buy anything from your ridiculous website.

                      Its almost a month since i am chatting with some # sitting in the customer care center, but to no use. They dont even have phone numbers to talk. Every time different executive replies without any knowledge of the background. Its really frustrating.

                      The only problem is SIZE.
                      LIKE NOT EVEN THE BASIC SIZE ARE AVAILABLE SO HOW CAN WE BUY STUFF.
                      Please make at least the basic sizes like-6, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 available. You really need
                      I downloaded the app thinking I'll buy my shoes but then sizes are not available.

                        I have ordered a dress of total cost 515₹ including 95₹ shiping charge.. Thae cloth was really a worth quality like 30₹ and not same as i saw in photo.. Color was also other. So i request to refund by chat with damn support service.. They told me that return price is deducted from your refund ammount... After 1 mnth of return the product... I did not get any refund from factory club they only chatting with us.. I just want to ask a que.. I[censored] will provide a poor qaulity of product why should we not returned u... And if i return ur poor product then why did u deduct the return charge...???

                        I am harassed by club factory please help me... I need my whole money back... And i promise never purchase anything from that app.

                          I still have heard nothing back, very poor service to ignore customers
                          I had. Ordered watch 10 days ago and you your site is not showing any paid orders in my account, I can't track my order, p lease let me the process I had to follow
                          I have returned an Order SO26758287 on 29th june 2018, It got delivered very late on 15th July. But my refund is not processed yet

                              The order so24050406 was returned and delivered to the warehouse of club factory. The refund is not received for more than 30 days now. Online support or helpline number keep on mentioning that the matter us escalated or transfered to their finance team. Their support has been pathetic. To disappoint further they even are not here to reimburse the courier amount as they do not have pick up facility in hyderabad. Such a shame on the team and company for they can't even address a small concern. How can they even expect to succeed in indian market...

                                Club factry had a promotional offer of collect likes and get free products!! After following the rules i have order 1 item (Paid) and 1 item (As a reward after collecting no of likes)!! It has been almost 10 dys after that i recieved the message in the morning stating order cancelled and amount for paid item refunded. What about the promotional offer-free gift??? I should recieve it orelse club factry should have given another option for same amount!! Nothing has been done! Being a regular customer 1st time i had faced such issue. I[censored] guys dont have selective item in stock then why u guys put that in promotional offer!! Just for marketing and making people fool!! Disheartened!! Order no - so32038045 after connting to executive of cf mr ajay kumar he states that we cant do anything!!

                                    I placed order for couple of products from club factory and i received an email from them sayin one the them is not in the stock. They have put that money in the balance in my app account.
                                    Its 36 aed. But if i want to use that 36 aed i have to again make a purchase of min 147 aed for free shipping. Well i am really upset why would you you do this to your customers. I[censored] don’t have the product u should tell us...

                                      When called Club factory customer care for cancellation of delayed order with Order number S[protected] on contact number displayed on internet was [protected], when called they asked for the Some Debit card details and OTP for Refund processing but inspite of getting refund Rs 23333 was debited by fraud from my account. With four different transactions. I request you to kindly look into it and at the same time reporting this incident to the banking ombudsman that Is RBI
