In order some item on 6th september and expected delivery date is 24. But today is 26 & i never get my order.. My order no is so3781397 & my tracking no is[protected]. Pls do something & delivery my order as soon as possible. I think this website is something wrong.. It should b baned. I m very much disappointed. I hope my issue will be solved as soon as possible..
I have ordered my thing around sep 7th. Still I don't have any updates about that. My tracking number is[protected]. Order is SO3912984. It is saying shipped for about 10 days. Consider this complaint. This is my first time shopping in club factory. Don't make this as a bad experience for me. Do consider it. Ship my things faster.

    I did place an order on club factory my expected date of delivery was 22nd september however, the order not delivered yet. I am trying to reach to customer care of gati and club factory unable to connect. When i am tracking my order with the help of tracking id. It shows held in custom due to edi not clear yet. I think this is a fake application i am not going to order anything from club factory again
    Sir I have ordered a product from clubfactory initially I have placed order transaction has completed money reduced from my account but order has not placed again I have ordered the same piece then it placed perfectly again money has reduced so kindly please see my 1st transaction and credit my money back

    Kindly give confirmation of my order i just placed a order my number is [protected], my order is jwellery .. total rs of 499/-, this amount is deducted from my rupay card. just now.
    I had a very bad experience with club factory and gati...I received 1 bulk parcel in which 1 ear ring was missing...and in second order one item was sold the they don't give me refund for the same also the tracking number is incorrect and orders are not delivered in set period of time...
    Sir I was paid money of 128.55 Rs twice but payment is not successful and momey is deducted to my account

    I placed the order at club factory on 10th of july nd it's still stuck at customs from 23rd of july. And every time I connect with CF's customer care chat box I get the same msg that we r sorry to convey u that ur parcel is at customs nd taking a little long... nonsense people.. refund my money I am really not interested to listen the same useless words from you.

      My order id is so1874781, i had order on 9th september and today its 26th september. Estimate delivery date mentioned was 20th september.
      Now when i chack for the ststus in the app is shows error saying "product at customs duty at delhi"
      "gati courier" who were supposed to deliver my product are also not taking action. They are saying once the product clears the customs duty at delhi, then it it will come to them.
      Who can help in this case??
      I placed my order (Order No. SO3589571). My tracking number is[protected].
      it was stated to be delivered on 20 september but has not reached anywhere near. I am extremely upset with the service and want my product soon and sooner.
      I have done online transaction from club factory app and the item of order no SO3665718 has not been delivered to my address . I would like to inform you that an amount of order has already deducted.

        I had ordered 3 items on club factory.
        1- the package delivered really late.
        2- 2 of the 3 items that i purchased do not match the picture on the app. So it's a case of fraud.
        3- on wanting to return the products there are suddenly new rules that we have to ship the products ourselves which wasn't mentioned anywhere at the time of purchase.
        4- i wrote a complaint email, unanswered yet and have trying calling on the customer care number but nobody to pick my call.
        If there is anyone reading my complaint from club factory please take this as my last polite request. Please take your fraud products back from the delivery place and give me my money back.

          I have placed an order containing two products on 5 th of september and club factory said that the expected delivery would be on 22nd of september. But i have not yet received my product. There is no proper information given on the site regarding the e mail id and customer care number neither they keep updating us about our product. My tracking number is[protected], order number is so3775930 and gati hotline number is [protected], please do the needful. Please do the delivery at the earliest. This online shopping site should be blacklisted.

            I order a package on club factory on september month, they didn't get any proper information about my package and they are always saying that they will forcing the gati, and saying that due to customs due it was delayed, when give a call to gati customer care and they are saying they didn't send the package even to india, please take it as a complaing and my gati tracking number is :[protected]

                  My online payment is successful but my order is not delivered..
                  I ordered around 12 products from Club Factory on 10th Sept, 2017 and the delivery was to be expected on 20th Sept, 2017. It's 26th Sept and i haven't received my products yet. The team is quite irresponsible. GATI, the courier service dept. doesn't give proper status about the products. No proper management courier system. And the server of GATI is always down or busy. Nobody is ready to take responsibility. Who is responsible for this irregularity and bad service then..?? I am not going to buy anything from Club Factory next time for sure and won't even recommend anyone. Very Bad Experience.

                    order tracking is not at all updating

                    I have ordered 5 items froms from club factory mobile app. I had paid through paytm. The order was confirmed and the order no. Is so3715647. It shows estimated delivary date is 23rd sep 2017. When i contacted gati customer care they are asking for tracking no. Which i haven't recieved yet. I haven't recieved confirmation mail also. How do i get my money back. Plz help me....

                    I had ordered accesories about a week ago. No relevant tracking information has been shared yet. The customer support section in the app is largely malfunctional. Shipping details provided by you is also invalid.

                    When i happened to contact dtdc, they wrote back saying shipping details are invalid. How long do i have to wait to garner a fruitful information. There's no customer support number even, to help us voice our complaints.

                      I have placed an order through club factory about 1.5 months ago which includes set of accessories and a top. I have received only the set of accessories that i ordered and yet to get the top. The worst part is there is no proper customer care number to contact and get the appropriate details. My order no is so1816354, waiting for a proper tracking response and if it cannot be delivered please do refund the money.

                        I received the products within time. Some of the items are fine but the quality of some products is too low. Return option is there in the app, but i am unable to claim return. It was said to contact customer care, if we are unable to initiate the return option, but after contacting the customer care service proper response is not received. They replied within 24 hours but the reply was not relevant. I want to return the product and get the refund. My order no is so3370119 and the same was ordered on 27th august, 2017. The payment of the products is already made through paytm. Kindly revert in my gmail for further communication - [protected]@gmail.com
                        I ordered a product a 20 days ago. But still it didn't reach. And now the application is banned and the orders and open page is not available. I paid already for that product by netbanking. What shall i do for my return of cash? Please reply.

                          What happened to tracking number[protected]. Neither gati nor you are updating. I was to receive my product on 19th Sept. Waiting reply from you and gati. Kindly refund me the money. Ridiculous service. Have been sending email to club factory regarding delivery but no response. Gati customer service in Hyderabad is zero. They just keep giving numbers to contact when they themselves can find out about shipping. They don't want to answer. We pay and wait for products. Horrible service. Amazon is far better than you.

                            The products which i ordered was not described as it's shown in ordered list so i claimed it i got a message that your refund is approved but the dd dispatch date is tooooo long listen i have to leave the city in some circumstances but i am waiting for this i don't know why the he'll you people aren't responding contact me or give me mis cal i'll contact you. Everybody please see the reviews before ordering something this is the images before and after ordering.
                            Display right size on packet, but in product has Lable another size, support is believed in packet. What i have to do??

                            I have booked 5 items in single order number on 11/09/2017 and i have cancelled all the items but i got the refunded only for 1 item. Please cancel all the remaining items and refund my total amount.

                              This is the second day i am messaging again n again that i have to return a product... Ur. Return day limit is 9 days... U people r not responding, not doing anything.. Even after knowing that my order is not showing in tracking order... Or.. Order..
                              I[censored] people dont respect the time limits... Than why give time limits to us???
                              Pls tell us is there any phone no. We can talk or contact???... I had posted so many msgs... But there is no body to listen my complains... Still no action is taken... I m really very much annoyed by all this.

                              Hi, today i contact to 'gati courior " service to take back the bag which i want to return back... U know what he replied to me that he did not get any email from the company (Club factory) than how can he collect the bag from me.
                              I m shocked really.. Inspite of so mush msgs.. Your company didnit sent e mail yet???
                              I m surprised with irresponsiblities u people showing nd really the way you people run the company is horrible.
                              Tell me clearly how much time i have to wait for the call from ur service man of raipur nd how much time u people will take to send e mail to your raipur office

                                I won a free item and added in cart but when i was doing the payment, it got failed and when i did the payment again it was not added to the cart and is in unpaid category.
                                My amount also got deducted twice.

                                This is really not acceptable ans like cheating your customer.

                                I want my refund as well as free item because that is for limited period only.

I have placed an order on club-factory mobile app, order number is so3574641 on 2 september 2017 and today is 20/09/2017, till date i haven't received my order or no updates about the same. Now i want my money return back, i want cancel this order and refund of rs. 3200. Their app is so user unfriendly unable process my cancel.. They don't have a active customer support.

                                    My order number no. So3555880 i have ordere on 4th of stemper and i got a mail saying it will be delivered on 19th os september but its still not delivered.

                                    Tracking number is saying invalid and they are asking for docade number which i didnt get any message about it.

                                    Its worth nearly 4000 rs. We are also paying money so i would expect sincere delivery.
                                    Pls check or else refund all my money back.

                                    I[censored] all keep on continuing such kind of service time will come were u will lose all the customer...

                                      Due to internet problem i had uninstall the club factory app and install it again i cant see my old cart items but i need my cart items and i had 30 likes for one product which i keep in cart it was also gone and my [clubfactory] your order no.
