First of all I ordered something that went out of stock but I didn't receive any refund. Also, I placed order for something else and without any information or refund my order again got cancel. There has been issue with another orders too. Moreover I'm unable to login in my club factor account. This is theft. I can't even check my order information/details. This is not at all appropriate behaviour expected from this renowned application. Services offered are not actually coming in help. I was about to write hate comments in google feedbacks but I preferred filing this complaint in hope of getting response and effective services. I have copy of this complaint. Atleast allow me to login and provide full refund as soon as possible. I am in debt this refund might help me to get rid of some.

      I ordered from club factory app before the ban. The item was supposed to be delivered and return pick up and refund for another item. All are pending. All were the payments were made online.

                        I have ordered the teddy bear worth rupees 1500 from club factory but after that during within very short period of time company got banned in India so I never got my order and also not get single penny of refund my order was prepaid but as soon as the app band in India I I could not track my order or cancel the order I want my ordered item or complete refund of that item I also have one screenshot of that order.
