SO[protected] this order was cancelled after lockdown. And I dint receive the money back. Please help me get my money back...

I ordered from club factory app before the ban. The item was supposed to be delivered and return pick up and refund for another item. All are pending. All were the payments were made online....

I ordered my item in the month of July 2020 but still I did not receive my order nor did I got any refund plz refund my money...
