Refund Not Received after Ban in India

I placed the below listed orders on Club Factory in the month of June 2020 and the payment was made online.
After the ban in India, some of these orders were ‘In processing’ stage or ‘Shipped’ stage.
After ban, some order status changed to ‘Cancelled’ and the reason mentioned for cancellation – Cancelled by the shipper.
In both cases, I did not get the Products delivered.
I waited for long to get...

Refund not received after ban

I've paid for my 3 items in the 1st week of July 2020. Afteer custom clearance, it did not show any updates and didn't receive the product and refund either. Please look into this and return our hard earned money 🙏...
