I ordered a dress from your site on 29 June 2020. My order number is SO[protected] . My order was not canceled as it went out of stock. I had paid ₹829 through paytm. But Still I have not received the refund amount. it's been long since I m waiting for my money..Kindly refund as soon as possible!! my refund id is SOR[protected]

He said that he would go back to the club factory hub due to the corona virus and get a refund within a few working days. And I have not received that refund yet.                   I placed the below listed orders on Club Factory in the month of June 2020 and the payment was made online.
                  After the ban in India, some of these orders were ‘In processing’ stage or ‘Shipped’ stage.
                  After ban, some order status changed to ‘Cancelled’ and the reason mentioned for cancellation – Cancelled by the shipper.
                  In both cases, I did not get the Products delivered.
                  I waited for long to get my refund back, but in vain. I also wrote many emails to Club Factory, but did not receive any response.
                  I am waiting a total Refund Amount of INR 3878.
                  Details of the orders is mentioned below. Kindly assist me to get the refund from Club Factory.

                          This is in regards for my orders : SO[protected], SO[protected], SO[protected] and SO[protected]

                          My orders SO[protected] and SO[protected] have been cancelled on the 20th July 2020 but have not received my refund till date.

                          Further my orders SO[protected] and SO[protected] have been returned and would like to know when would I receive the refund for these two packages.

                          Would request you to please help me in this regard as I have been patiently waiting from the 13th July but both the courier company and club factory customer care people have been giving me false hopes by saying that the packages will be delivered.

                          Its really stressful and upsetting.

                                      I have applied for a return pick up due to wrong size. It's completely waste. So, applied for a return pick up and been accepted by the seller. Due to app ban. Return pick up not done. Detail is stored in the app. My order I'd is SO[protected]
