I order 2 kurtis in ur app and i paid my bill amount rs.509 via card. On thusday[protected] i received message sating ur order has been delivered. But i yet receive my order. Its fake delivery. Still i yet receive my order and i dont receive any response regarding my complaints. I was trusted club factory delivery but now its very nad service. I want my order immediately or return my amount. My order #so[protected].

On 2nd jan, i received an email that my order is being processed... Within 4-5 days, i will be able to track it down... But since then, i've not received any email... And also, today when i mailed a complaint to that id, it says that the email id doesn't exist... I've already paid the money...199+191... It's 390 in total... Please help me!!!

My order id in club factory is SO[protected] dated 31.12.2019. It was consisted of 2 packages. One package was delivered on 05.01.2020. but the 2 nd package's status is still showing " preparing from warehouse " as on 12.01.2020. I am afraid that my package will not be delivered in stipulated time by 18th Jan. I feel very disappointed with this tracking status. This is my first purchase in club factory and now it seems that this will be my last purchase from here.

I was told it had been delayed and i d have to be patient, i wasn't given any further information to update me on the status of my order and i m worried. Sir, my shipping was Balino London Stylish Multi causal shirts for men Combo of 4 but colour change the product was seen order but company don't have returned my money refund . I'm returned immediately and bought shirts Rs.990 and shipping charge 100 rupee total 1089 rupee only. Please immediately refund my money.

I ordered a gown from clubfactory but that product wasnt recieved as i liked so i requested for a return. When asked for refund he told me that it will take 2 3 days and will be given directly into the account but on other sites it is not so. The refund is suppose to be given on the same mode of payment. This is really annoying to wait all this time. When the amount was suppose to be given in cash

My estimated order delivery was from 31st December to 10 January. But I have not received my parcel yet. Order tracker has not been updated and it shows, the order is being processed since 29th December. I have no idea where my order is and when will it be delivered. It was worth Rs.1500 and the payment has already been made online.

I had ordered a woolen cap on 16th December 2019which was worth 406. According to it, the product was to be deleivered on 3 January 2020 and i have not received it yet.please take action as soon as possible.i have also paid for the product in advance .so please take some action so as to get my product as soon as possible

I placed an order from this website of boots worth 1800 rupees and i still haven't received the product. The customer support doesn't provide any details on its status and i don't know what to do. I had heard some bad reviews previously but i wanted to try this app myself. I really hope club factory would resolve and my problem and deliver my products as soon as possible and i also want to be updated on where the products are because the app hasn't updated the status since a long time.
