When asked for refund he told me that it will take 2 3 days and will be given directly into the account but on other sites it is not so. The refund is suppose to be given on the same mode of payment. I placed my order on 21 dec and it was supposed to be delivered by 7th jan. They still didn't deliver. Today is 12th jan. They sent me a rs. 65 coupon on 9th jan for the delay. They didnt revise the delivery date nor did they try to contact me. I would like for it to be resolved as soon as possible

I ordered product from club factory and tehy not delivered as promise and now they are telling we will refund. When i called to customer care no body gives correct response and they are telling now we can't help and we will refund.

Please take action against them as they wastes my money and time and also they have to refund my amount with intrest....

The product was not original. The product mentioned in the website said that it is boat bass 225 earphones with flat cable, gold plated jack and so on. But the earphones I received was round cable and it didn't have any of the above mentioned advantages. Really it was a big disappointment for me. Also the base and the treble quality of the earphone was really bad and it started to screech when the music went for high pitch or high frequency....
