I ordered a gown from clubfactory but that product wasnt recieved as i liked so i requested for a return. When asked for refund he told me that it will take 2 3 days and will be given directly into the account but on other sites it is not so. The refund is suppose to be given on the same mode of payment. This is really annoying to wait all this time. When the amount was suppose to be given in cash
My order no is SO[protected], I will track this order shipments but If there is no progress for two to four days then tell me how much time it will take for my product to be delivered

My estimated order delivery was from 31st December to 10 January. But I have not received my parcel yet. Order tracker has not been updated and it shows, the order is being processed since 29th December. I have no idea where my order is and when will it be delivered. It was worth Rs.1500 and the payment has already been made online.

So please immidiate exchange this or refund my amount. Otherwise i will not buy any thing from club factory. That is fraud. That colour is not matching there is cheapest stitching item of rs.400. So plese solve my problem

    My order number SO[protected] is delayed, ordered on the 19th of Dec 2019 expected delivery was 6th Jan 2020. Tracking details says " part of my order from factory is delayed and is still not shipped. Very disappointed, customer care number and complaint email also not working.

According to it, the product was to be deleivered on 3 January 2020 and i have not received it yet.please take action as soon as possible.i have also paid for the product in advance .so please take some action so as to get my product as soon as possible

      I have ordered tapeta silk with heavy emborodery ehenga order no. S[protected] of rs.1599+50courier=1649 and i received an another company another colour cheapest lehenga on 12th january. Before this complain i have complened 2 times on today 12th january but that is brand and amount was typing mistake. So again i send this complain. Iplease solve my problem as soon as pissible because my order lehenga and received lehenga difference is hail and heaven.

        Such a painful job to deal with club factory. My order number is so[protected]. I was told to contact curiour company and that was the first misleading info given by club factory. Now i have been chasing customer service like a victim to deliver the product but its the worst ever experience to deal with you guys. Deliver my order would be the best. Solution

              I placed an order from this website of boots worth 1800 rupees and i still haven't received the product. The customer support doesn't provide any details on its status and i don't know what to do. I had heard some bad reviews previously but i wanted to try this app myself. I really hope club factory would resolve and my problem and deliver my products as soon as possible and i also want to be updated on where the products are because the app hasn't updated the status since a long time.

                  I placed my order on 21 dec and it was supposed to be delivered by 7th jan. They still didn't deliver. Today is 12th jan. They sent me a rs. 65 coupon on 9th jan for the delay.                           I ordered product from club factory and tehy not delivered as promise and now they are telling we will refund. When i called to customer care no body gives correct response and they are telling now we can't help and we will refund.

                          Please take action against them as they wastes my money and time and also they have to refund my amount with intrest.

                                This is regarding my order which i have placed on club factory. Firstly the product was not as mentioned as on the website. Secondly the return request took 7 days to complete. Thirdly the courier service took 4 days to pickup the product. Fourthly the product took 4 more days two deliver back to the seller. Now its already three days since the product is delivered back and yet not club factory has refunded my money. Its very shameful for the club factory for such unsatisfactory work. Reallly very bad platform for online shopping. The order no. Is:- so[protected]. And one more thing customer care service of club factory is like parrots... Like a robot who just mugged up the sentences and speakup when any query matches the question asked by the customer. Same thing they say every time when i ask for a problem.

                                    I have ordered two numbers of blood circulation slippers on 1/1/2020 my order number is so[protected]... I got only one pair in the packet... I have recorded evidence... I want my money back or send me remaining pair of chappals.. I paid an amout cash 750 rs after delivery... This is very bad experience to me... Service is not good from club factory i was totally disappointed with your service... I was disappointed with the service... If i call to customer care that number is also not working... There is no proper customer care number and cheating the customers by sending incomplete orders... Frankly telling next time i will not buy any products through online that in club factory...                                       The product was not original. The product mentioned in the website said that it is boat bass 225 earphones with flat cable, gold plated jack and so on. But the earphones I received was round cable and it didn't have any of the above mentioned advantages. Really it was a big disappointment for me. Also the base and the treble quality of the earphone was really bad and it started to screech when the music went for high pitch or high frequency. And when I wanted to return it, it told me that I have to pay 90/- as return fare. When questioned why, it sent me the message that as it was global shipping, I have to the return fare. So I had no other choice than to pay 90/-. Then after a few days when I followed it up, it sent me the pop up message that my return request has been cancelled as I didn't answer the complaint file properly. Now these pair o[censored]seless earphones are with me and I have no clue what to do. I hope after reading this complaint they are ready to give me a satisfactory solution.
