I ordered a product on clubfactory app order i'd is so[protected] and made prepaid payment, after 20 days i got the message which is my order canceled by computer system automatically why because you can't collect your order, actually i didn't get any call or msg about product delivery, and even i didn't get my refund also
Please take necessary steps and process against my request and help me to get my refund back or my product...

I placed a order on Club factory on 22/06/2020, the amount was paid through my paytm wallet through HSBC credit card, in my credit card transaction history, it showed amount 1871.00 INR was paid to "GLOBEMAX TECHNOLOGY IN DELHI", this must be the club factory counterpart working in India.

I gagandeep wish to bring this into light that club factory has cancelled my two orders for more than a month they were in customs clearance now they are cancelled

And one order is still in refund process for more than a month have contacted customer care for the same they used to say it will be refunded and still hasn't...
