It's been a month i haven't received my refund

Went in customs clearence 29 jul 2020 it's more than 20 days order stucks in custom clearence

No update, estimate time is already passed

Please delivery my order as soon possible it's too late

I order a shoes and its has been cancelled but till now i din't receive refund back

Club factory app are ban in india.. & now club factory refusd to give sellers payment.. Please help as 30, 000 seller in india.. Suffering from this problam.. Lots of sellers have business loan.. Some sellers are tring for suside.. Please help as.. My 13 lakhs hold on club factory.. Please help

My problem not solved

Ordered vide order ID no. SO[protected] and returned back vide Id no. SON[protected]. showing under refund category. Refund has been not received as on date.

I ordered a product on clubfactory app order i'd is so[protected] and made prepaid payment, after 20 days i got the message which is my order canceled by computer system automatically why because you can't collect your order, actually i didn't get any call or msg about product delivery, and even i didn't get my refund also
Please take necessary steps and process against my request and help me to get my refund back or my product

I have purchased a boat earphone from clubfactory and clubfactory doesn't provide me the invoice of my product now i am unable to get the invoice of my earphone i want to claim warranty but without invoice boat company is not responding.

I ordered for a product and my order was cancelled due to out of stock. The refund was applied and after 1 week i never recieved any refund in my account.

I placed a order on Club factory on 22/06/2020, the amount was paid through my paytm wallet through HSBC credit card, in my credit card transaction history, it showed amount 1871.00 INR was paid to "GLOBEMAX TECHNOLOGY IN DELHI", this must be the club factory counterpart working in India.

Then a part of this order (With order id: SO[protected]) amount 618.00 INR was returned and refund was showing as processed in the club factory app on 12/07/2020 (return id generated was : SON[protected] but i have checked my paytm statement and my HSBC credit card statement, no refund processed.

Kindly help in getting back this refund.

I have mailed Club factory through the app, but no reply received. Then i have even called a phone number i saw in the consumer forum for refund, no was busy, i got a callback from two different numbers saying it is club factory customer care, and that i need to install ANYDESK App and give them access to my phone so that they can refund my amount. I think this is fraud so please look into this. The mobile no that called back is +91-[protected]

Hi,
I have ordered 11 in 1 resistance tube on June 30 2020 thro Paytm. Due to some reasons, club factory ppl made me to wait for one month n cancelled my order without my knowledge. Since they initiated cancellation on 29th July 2020 and mentioned that I’ll received the refund amounting 862.12. As of now, it’s still showing processing and I don’t have a proper medium to communicate with them. I would like your kind self to look into it refund that amount at the earliest. Hope u ppl will surely help customers like us in getting our refund back.
