Club Factory — bad product quality, totally tampered condition and no free gift was given as claimed. | |||
I ordered a handheld sewing machine on 3rd july but i am really unsatisfied with the product that i received after 20 days with extremely bad packaging. The free gift that was claimed to he given with the product was also not given. I want an immediate refund for the order or compensation on this id order clubfactory awb[protected]. I received message mentioned that the product was delivered on 17 July 2019 @2:30pm, but I haven't got any ordered product to the delivery address that I mentioned in the order

My order SO[protected] from club factory is showing as pending at custom clearance since June 28 . I have already paid for the order and I haven't received it yet.
I contacted club factory customer care but no reply. This is very frustrating, will not order anything from club factory again.

The product will be unfortable, Size, Quality of the product can't like it. U shown in a picture total different to i see the product. Please request to return my products same time refund to exchange another products.
Tracking no:[protected] June 22/7/19 order got confirmed till shipped date is shown then delivery date mentioned on july 10 but till date 17 /7 i didn't received that product if possible deliver the product otherwise refund my paid amount Rs 293
