Club Factory — Balance withdrawn but not added to my paytm account

Hi,
I hv ordered saree, but delivered wrong item, returned, got refund to clubfactory account as balance.
I hv withdrawn from balance to paytm, 5 days back. But no money added to paytm account.

Please help as i need to buy infants twins food (Corona time).
