Club Factory — cancel amount refund pending, but mentioned as transferring to paytm account. not yet transferred

I have kept an order but it was for default address taken automatically. Instead of my native address work location address is taken.So clicked cancel. The amount will be transferred to paytm account itseems. It's been more than 10 days, nothing was processed yet. Three items amount I should receive. Almost 4000 rupees.
Very late delivery of another item.
Please kindly help me to get my account back...
