[Resolved] Club Factory — cancelled orders refund not received even after 37 days

I placed an order on 1st Feb and cancelled the same day knowing that the delivery of the product would be late than what i expected it to be . I have not received the refund amount even after 37 days - till date. When checked, it says its a paytm transaction ID, but no response on Paytm nos even after multiple trys. Mar 09, 2018 Updated by Ashwini Savanur I have already waited for more than 40 days now . I'm least bothered who would be responsible in getting my money back to my account - Club Factory or Paytm . It's between you companies to deal with this and customer's need not get into the headache of following up everytime .If you have the tie-up with Paytm, you also need to make sure till the amt gets credited back to the customer's account . You cannot wash your hands away by giving a Paytm transaction ID. If i DO NOT get my money back in the next 2 days, be ready to face a LEGAL NOTICE.
