Club Factory — cannot track the product

I have ordered one white bluetooth headset which is rupees 274. And its not showing in orders. Orders page is empty. But i paid the amount through tez app. Cheated app. Please send the me product. Even they have given the track id but in app its showing no order placed yet. What is this i dont understand. What you people are doing. Buying in club factory become waste.
