[Resolved] Club Factory — clothes (blouses) return is not proceed further

I have order 5 tops with order no so14381720.
In that i have receive 4 tops out of which 2 are completed different than what they have shown on application.

So i have requested for return product on 16th march 2018 with return id:

But still it haven't proceed further and i haven't receive my refund as well.

Can you please let me know when that return will proceed further and i will get my money back

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, we are sorry the local pickup service is not available now, so I am afraid that you may call the courier to pick it and return. Really sorry for the inconvenience to you. We will try our best to improve ourselves and take this into consideration so that you have a better experience here.
And dear, you could call the courier to collect your parcel. Any one will be ok like Indian Post, DTDC or others, only if the parcel could reach us safely and is economical to you dear.

Once we receive it, the refund will be made in 3-5 days. And normally it will be back to your original account in 8-15 days. And please try re-star 5. Thank you for your patience.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, please check our returning policy carefully and noted that we do not have local pickup service, but you ought to send your items via the courier to us(the returning address is provided in our returning option), please do put a paper with your order number and return reason on it so that we can identify the package and process the refund without delay after receiving.
Or please send a photo of the items to our app support, then we can make a solution for you, so you need not return the items.
