[Resolved] Club Factory — club factory has not given my product to the ecom express | |||
I had ordered my products on 1st of april. It was supposed to be delivered via ecom express. I have been tracking my order every single day and since 10th april, it is constantly showing the same status - "pickup rescheduled for the next day". I had called ecom's customer care number, where they asked me to contact club factory for the same. Please look into this matter asap! I need my order urgently. This is really irritating. The customer care representatives of club factory does not help with anything they tell the same Info which i can track by myself. I want my product by tommorrow i. E 17th of april 2018. Verified Support Apr 16, 2018 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, please do not worry, we already send your parcel to the shipping agent. It is in transit to India and in customs clearance now. So there is no tracking information update. We have been trying to push the express company to transport as soon as possible. We are urging the express company to update the logistics as soon as possible. Your money won't lost, and we will keep urging, please try re-star 5, thanks.
