Club Factory — club factory order stuck | |
I had placed an order in club factory on 8 aug order no. So[protected] From 25 aug, the order is under customs clearance. When called on customer care number provided, they are also not able to give an exact estimated time for the delivery, was asked to wait a weeks time which has already passed. I have been waiting for almost a month now. When asked to initiate a refund or cancel the order, it is told that it cannot be cancelled since the order is shipped. I want to cancel the order and initiate the refund immediately. They are just being irritating with their service. Need a confirmed date of delivery at least, asap. Was this information helpful? | |

Your a/c no. XXXXXX9805 is debited for Rs. 329.00 on[protected]:36 and credited to a/c no. XXXXXX[protected] (UPI Ref no[protected].
The aforementioned transaction Receipt is aabou one payment made for car rear mirror hanging item. Though the payment is made through Google pay on 25.10.19 but still now neither I could receive the purchased product nor any information about date of delivery of said order is issued to me.
Plz... resolve my complaint immediately. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com and my contact no. is 91-[protected].
