Club Factory — complain against a customer care member

On 18 nov i booked a product with order no so7553743. After than on 24 nov when i track the order on club factory app the information received, order not pickup at delhi gate way/not received by clint. When i called to your care no [protected] he said, "your package not received yet please cancel it and replace the order." after then he asked my debit card no, after some time a otp massage sent on my mobile by my bank and the details of the massage is this otp — for purchase of rs 15100 at airtel money through your debit card no — . Do not share this with anyone. This was my good luck that i didn't give him the otp. Now i am requesting to you please take a strict action against him.
