My order no is SO13275199.i have order on and made payment also on[protected]. I have received confirmation also that it will be delivered in 19th feb 2018 but I have not received the same, infact the shipping courier number which you have given is also incorrect. I have called GATI your courier partner, they are telling that no such number exist in their system.

When will I receive my courier, I have paid 3350 by Paytm.
