[Resolved] Club Factory — damaged bags received | |||||
Hi I have ordered a set of bags from club factory I got this parcel y'day dated 25th June. As soon as I opened it, we found one bag damaged and another's buttons are not working . When asked the club factory ppl for the return of item they offered me a compensation of 1$ and said to keep the bags but when I refused they didnt reply. I didn't get any reply till date .When I try calling they didn't connect me to the customer care executive . Again I tried to the Delhi headquarters so they asked me for a card no. For a transfer of payment account no is needed and ifsc code I refused to give any card no and asked them to refund on paytm so they refused. It can clearly be asserted that this a fraud company. It is request to take strict actions against the company and my refund of money they can take there bags. I just want my money back. It is requested to consider this request.
