Club Factory — deduct money from account and payment gateway showing payment failed | |||||
Hi, I have purchased two item from club factory on 12 nov 2019 and payment gateway is showing payment failure, but my money has deducted from my account. Please help me out l want my money back asap. Transaction id i can provide-[protected]. Also there customer service number is not active to listen my complaint. The order no S[protected] was booked and any also debited from me but till date not yet received the item I want to track the shipment but it is not opening.do send my parcel as soon as possible
I don't want the item because the delivery is delayed
