[Resolved] Club Factory — delay in delivery pick up scheduled every day | |
I had order on 1 march and still havent recieved my parcel. The status show "pick up resheduled for next day" every day from 15 march. Today i contacted the delivery agent ecom express they said they have no recieved any parcel from club factory. What is the delay about? Verified Support Mar 23, 2018 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear so sorry fr the delay, we already send your parcel to the shipping agent. It is in transit to India and in customs clearance now. So there is no tracking information update. We have been trying to push the express company to transport as soon as possible. We are urging the express company to update the logistics as soon as possible. And please try re-star 5, thanks.
