[Resolved] Club Factory — delayed product calls not answered | |||||
I placed an order on feb 23rd its 5 th today i called customer care number to check the status and really wanna know if its a genuine app or not. The call doesn't answer, i called consistently for 2days it says either unavailable or mail box is full. As i felt its fishy to have a poor customer service with such kinda products they sell. If it has international products why the service so poor. Either you guys are cheating. I paid 1999 and no cod too. Amazon has created trust in us. They have a great customer service. Mar 01, 2018 Manju Ashwini's response I ordered number 9 size shoes but they send me number 8 size shoes.so I want to return that shoe r I need proper size shoes and same about my jersey small sizero they send it want return that products please

Club factory order number SO13394016. The order was not delivered and when enquired it was said that they had to cancel the order and cash paid will be refunded. refund not yet done.
