Club Factory — Delivered wrong quantity | |
I purchased masks of 6 set of two (3 in each set) but delivered only one set (3 mask) I made a compliant on their site by submitting the bill image and items that are received. 10 days later they said the image is not correct and asking me to upload correct image. I have uploaded the image of bill which is attached on the product. My question is, they should have verified the delivery against my order and resolve accordingly. It is one way of cheating customer to upload the image and delay the response and finally saying it is not correct image. Same kind of mistake happen one of my flipkart delivery and they verified and resolve the issue. It is clear evident that the approach club factory has taken is to cheat the people not resolving the issue.
