    Very bad experience with club factory.I have ordered 2 dresses 1st time from club factory on 17 Aug'19 and my item was showing deleverd on 7th September, however I haven't received product. When I was trying to complain.it was showing I need to wait for 2 more days, hence I have waited till 9th September'19.later I have called them to ask the update..call support team diverted to chat support. When I contacted them via chat..they have shown prove of delivery, which was not accepted at all. It was not sign by me and without talking any confirmation and resulation they have closed ticket 399708.
    When I have called again they have updated ticket has been close and they need to raise another ticket which will take another 3 days for resulation.their was no any update nighter any SMS in my mobile for my item on progress.
    They have raised tickets but no resulation till now.
    Request you to please help me resolving my issue.

      I ordered a dress . My order number is SO[protected] . The dress material is worst, stitching is improper, and the colour doesn't resemble as it was shown in the picture on site.This is the worst online ordering experience for me till now. Moreover there isn't any info provided by them on how to return back the product . I don't get it how these companies can deceive their customers if they're dreaming of doing business on such a large scale in india. They need to maintain quality and a standard .

        When I placed the order it showed 9 chains, and as per customer feedback at that time they had received 6-9 chain at the same price. So I placed the order but when today I recieved the package there was only one chain whose quality as well as the design is not at all satisfiying.I would like to get all my chains that I ordered and paid for. And never shop anything from club factory

          I dont recieve my parcel...It took so much a time its already one month since I have ordered and I check the courier (delhivery) they dont pick up the percel on 26Aug so I never get message or anything...I pay through paytm around rs 3267... And shold be deliver on 2 september...and then I got 65coupons...and from 26aug i never receive any message from club factory...please do something or call me

            I want to complaint against the person responsible for dispatching my product.The way he was conversing on the phone was such in a rude way. Directly he said i cannot come and deliver the product to your destination. I told him come till the landmark but he said he would not. He said you complaint against me also no problem..I got so angry so please do something with such type of people working in your company

              I had ordered for head phone of sony brand "sony mdr-xb450 on-ear ex tra bass headphones (Blue), however, the product delivered was of some local brand 'digimate' and was of very low quality. While complaining to customer care people, they shown indifferent attitude with no solution to issue. Rather they admitted that their suppliers are in habit of such fraudulent activities.

              Dear, if you are not satisfied with our products, you can apply for return from the APP.
              Club factory has made this a business model. Collect the order payment in advance and then deliver inferior quality product. Subsequently, ask the customer to return the product if not satisfied.

              WHY CLUB FACTORY IS NOT DELIVERING THE ORDERED PRODUCT. I had ordered for product of SONY brand and they have delivered the product of inferior quality brand and now asking to return the product if not satisfied.

              WHAT IS THE PUNISHMENT FOR INTENTIONALLY DELIVERING WRONG PRODUCT AND WHY THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING THE ORDERED PRODUCT INSTEAD OF ASKING TO RETURN THE INFERIOR QUALITY PRODUCT.

                It's been more than 20 days since i ordered. My order status says it's at customs. It's been there for more than 15 days. I have already paid and i cannot cancel it since it's already been shipped. When i try to track the parcel in xpressbee [protected] it says there is no information. I ordered it last month. It will be one month on 19th september. This is not good. You will lose customers. Solve this matter as soon as possible. My order number is so[protected]. Waiting for a reply and a solution as soon as possible.

                    I purchased product through club factory on 16/6/2019order no- s[protected]/due to customs clearance problem order was cancelled and payment was transferred to my club factory app balance Refund no-SOR[protected]. I transferred my payment from app balance to state bank of india account on 07/08/2019. But still now i didn't credited to my account.

                          . I have ordered it a month ago still not recieved. Customer care too don’t have answer. The are also not giving me response about it delaying it by saying they will contact me next day. They will contact me after 4 days etc etc.. Is it a fraud or something else I am totally confused.                             As my sister birthday coming on thursday. I want my order to reach on or before thursday. I would like surprise my sister. So please make sure that it reaches on time. I didn't know that it takes 20 days. Then i would have ordered it before. So it's a kind request. I would like surprise her.

                                Hy i ordered a black denim jeans from club factory order no so[protected] but when i received that product the the colour is different and also the size is so small... The quality is really so bad i also put the refund request but they always shows that return request auditing
                                I will never buy anything from this site if i don't get my money back because i started lost my trust from club factory.
                                I hope that you will solve my problem asap

                                    I had called on club factory consumer service number [protected] on 07/09/2019, to inquire about an order i had placed earlier. They were actually supportive on call and i got my package delivered in 5-6 days.
                                    On 13/09/2019 i received an sms (On the number i had called the costumer service from) saying i had won mahindra xuv 500 in some lucky draw. I ignored the message at first, but then they started calling me. They were asking me to go through the link provided in the sms and pay some ₹8500 as processing fees or tax. I ignored this call too. But they again called me today (On 15/09/2019) from a different number, saying the same thing. These people has my home address, name and order details that was provided to club factory while placing the order.
                                    The contact number i had provided while placing order was different than the one i used to call costumer service.
                                    I want to know how are my details being leaked to these frauds, and how is it legal? I can provide the numbers from which i have been receiving calls if needed. Thank you.

                                      I tried reaching at the customer care yet no response from their end

                                        It's almost a month and i did not get any update though estimation time is already passed.

                                        I lost my patience waiting for the product. Neither i got he product not the refund.
