I had ordered for head phone of sony brand "sony mdr-xb450 on-ear ex tra bass headphones (Blue), however, the product delivered was of some local brand 'digimate' and was of very low quality. While complaining to customer care people, they shown indifferent attitude with no solution to issue. Rather they admitted that their suppliers are in habit of such fraudulent activities.

Club factory has made this a business model. Collect the order payment in advance and then deliver inferior quality product. Subsequently, ask the customer to return the product if not satisfied.

WHY CLUB FACTORY IS NOT DELIVERING THE ORDERED PRODUCT. I had ordered for product of SONY brand and they have delivered the product of inferior quality brand and now asking to return the product if not satisfied.

WHAT IS THE PUNISHMENT FOR INTENTIONALLY DELIVERING WRONG PRODUCT AND WHY THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING THE ORDERED PRODUCT INSTEAD OF ASKING TO RETURN THE INFERIOR QUALITY PRODUCT.

Its being 27 days since i have ordered wearable from website Website is saying it will take more 5 days and its being 15 day since company is saying this I have paid to company through my patym id i.e. i have paid in advance They are also refusing to give compansation Please take a strick action

And estimated date is Sep 6 still I have not received ordered it is stuck in custom clearance from a week my order id SO[protected] whenever I contact club factory customer support they don't help. so please delivery my package or initiate refund

I ordered a tote bag worth 480 and I returned noe when I withdraw the amount y it's shows process failed..please help because I have already on a loss of hundred rupees die to the shipping g charges which is must i[censored] want to return I don't think it's fare.now at this point I would request to get my balance 380rs back which 5.3usd

I unistall club factory accidentally and when I install it again no option of log in with Google I have not any facebook account
