I ordered a headset on november 12th, the product didn't get its almost two months, so[protected] is my order number. I already paid but didn't get the product, and i can't cancel the order.. Such a waste online shopping app, i need a refund, i called club factory help center but they didn't help me, everyone says that the product will deliver soon.. But till now i didn't get. I tried so many times to get the product but i can't, please solve my problem

I am not getting my order. Delivery boy came 2-3 times but due to my incorrect number in club factory in dint get the OTP .. i request customes care centre, in live chats through mails also many times but still the problem is same please update my number and give my order either money back thanks.
