[Resolved]  Club Factory — fraud with my return payment

I had placed an order with clubfactory app on 10-dec-18, order number - so74647907 which i received on 22-dec-18. Then i returned the entire shipment on 2-jan-19 and requested refund. The shipment was picked up and refund was processed in my clubfactory wallet on 2-jan-19. Post that when i checked my balance refund in the app it is showing refund withdrawn on 3-jan-19. There was no withdrawal from my end. Please check where the withdrawal has happened. The withdrawal id is a422p5vwhq0in17455ot2vgsq.
The amount is 43.24usd (Rs.3026.58).

My amount has been withdrawn from my account from without my permission. This is a case of fraud. Please check this out at the earliest
