Club Factory — fraudly debited money from my bank account

I had ordered a dress from club factory n payed through credit card n now they are debiting money from my bank account n showing false detail in the order history of my order that the payment was from paytm which is not true i directly did from credit card. They fraudly debited rs 20k.in the mini statement it is mentioned that they did. Plz help me get my money back i can show proves.

Updated by blocanto Okay i got your mail but according to you the club factory customer care will reach me but he or she did not reach me..plz help me get my money.I payed through credit card n they fakely set that the payment was from paytm thus using my card details n debited Rs 20k from my account.I[censored] need i can show you the mini statement of my bank account
