I have ordered one handbag from Club Factor & now suffering. Please help if you can. I promise you that i will never repeat this mistake in future of purchasing from club factory site. I have opted for COD so taking pain to write this mail. After almost 20 days of purchase i have not received my product & today received below SMS which is false. This order is in my home address & my security person, family members are available 24*7.
