Club Factory — harassment of indian customers

I buy a earphone worth.99 rupees from clubfactory. it was totaly duplicated and defected ..it was of akg but aux cable has labeled of samsung. and its right bud not working. i asked for returne but clubfactory dont doing nothing. my mobile no. [protected] and [protected]. i advice to all indian customers there is lose of privacy of indians. there is nothing GOOD SERVICE . all other online markets are better than ### CLUB FACTORY.
