I placed the order before valentines day but haven't received it yet. Earlier it didn't show any progress. Then the tracking no. Said that it will get delivered by 1st of march but now till 11th of march it is showing that shipment has been picked up but no sign of delivery yet.

Dear, the order was in custom clearance before, so it shows pick up rescheduled daily. But now the custom clearance is finished. The local courier has picked up it. And here is the latest tracking info for you reference. Normally you will receive it in 5-6 days. And we'll push the courier to deliver it to you ASAP. Thanks for your patience.

Yesterday I ordered business men black shoes, but the size I choosen is mistake.. I want to order 9(UK)size bt unfortunately I given 6 size.. So plz change it
I applied for the refund of 3 items about 2 month ago, because of mismatch of ordered items and delivered ones. They refunded 2 items but for the 3rd one, which is a breathable shoe, costing 1647, they are lopping me again and again and till date I have not received my refund. The customer cate is very poor
