[Resolved]  Club Factory — I did not receive any email or message of products I paid for

I purchased earings from club factory as a guest providing my address phone number and email id.. I paid through google pay and i have a receipt for the same.. But i have not got any mail msg from club factory and not even order id is provided.. I am helpless.. I tried customer care for at least 3 times n they are clueless of wat to do.. I am attaching the screen shot of the receipt here
