Club Factory — I order four watches but I received only one watch with scratches

I ordered 4 titan watches but i received only one watch. The one watch that i received is full of scratches with the back cover coming off. I had paid the full amount for all 4 watches. Now, i am trying to return the package that i received but the delivery guy is canceling my request. He wants some information from the club factory customer care. The customer care no +91 [protected] doesn't connect. I am having a really had time contacting customer care. I even wrote an email but didn't get any response. So i am writing this complaint.
