Club Factory — I ordered full glass protection for my phone oppo Reno 3 pro in 6 july. But now govt india banned club factory so what about my order & paid amoun

I ordered Tempered glass 3in 1 combo for my oppo Reno 3 pro worth 359.95rs, which I paid instantly through UPI/ Google Pay .
But now govt of India has banned Club Factory so how can I get back my order or refund amount.

Now app is not opening, not showing any order tracking or any thing.

So please assist me.
Send my order for which I paid or refund my amount.
