Please help me. I ordered a dress on June 14 and without any notification of delivery it returned back on 20 June 2018. The reason showed 'out of stock'. What I got is the refunded balance in my club factory balance. I withdraw it to my bank account but I didn't receive any money. Refund ID is SOR[protected]. Order number is SO26608059. I have return the product and it was successful pick up and I haven't receive my balance yet
