Club Factory — item not available

I want to cancel my order so54698865 because one of the 2 items of my order was unavaliable. So the company cancled 1 item and shipped another1. I ordered on cod so now, i have to pay 100rs twice. Either
1. Cancle my order
2. Give me 100rs compensation
3. Reschedule my shipment when both the items are available...
I hope that you will do try with the best of your abilities to resolve my problem.

I ordered a product on club factory costs 594 rupees via ny debit card, after sometime i saw cheap price on another website so i cancelled it, now i had not got any kind of email confirmation neither any refund, whenever i tried to call custimer care call is always on buzy
online shopping is just fraud, they are making fools to customers

I have placed order and paid with Paytm but now I have cancelled my order. How can i get my money back from clubfactory.plzzz give me answer
