I placed an order on club factory online app with order no so[protected] on 01/12/2019. I have already paid for the order. Today its been over 1 month and i am yet to receive my ordered item. Earlier i posted a complaint already regarding the same in this site the status of which has been updated as resolved. The matter though is yet to be resolved as i have not yet received the delivery. I also requested for the cancellation of my order and refund for the same. Nothing as such happened. Please take immediate step for the matter. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Called and said that I won a Car. I said send so he asked for regitration online fees etc and when I said I will complain it to police, he started talking dirty on phone. Please take an action.I also asked for his id etc that he gave me from his whatsapp number. Phone Number - [protected]

The payment is already done online but the order is not received . The date of delivery was given 3 December .the clubfactory are not talking to me .the toll free number is also not working .it's been two month I have ordered .
Help me out with this .

I am regretting now to buy in this company...it's pathetic...I will suggest do not buy any item from this cheater company...they only know to cheat as they won't refund or won't give any quality...we have to ban this company...
