Club Factory — money debited but order not placed | |||
Hello Sir/Ma'am, I was placing an order of 4 items in club factory and while paying the amount I chose the option of Paytm. The amount of Rs.2185 got debited but an error message got displayed from CLUB FACTORY that "Payment Failed" . I have attached the snip of both the amount Debit email and error message which got displayed from CLUB Factory. Please find the attachments. Kindly provide me with response for my query, Is the order received at club factory's end?? ELSE what about the money which got debited from my account while making the payment via PAYTM for club factory ? Was this information helpful? | |||
