Club Factory — money deducted but not delivered the order from 40 days

I have ordered a jacket on 26th august from clubfactory, it has not been delivered yet. Called the customer care many times but no action has been taken. They are not refunding the order too. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. The total amount os 1837.90 inr. I request a refund on this order.
