[Resolved] Club Factory — money deducted from my account through internet banking but order is not place and i was asking for refund | |
On 3 jan 19 i was ordered a dress for one of my friend. My was deducted from my account but order was not placed. Club factory apps shows unpaid. I paid money from my internet banking. While i am contcting customer care they told me wait for 24 hrs, after that order was not placed then i was chatted with there customer care services for refund then they told me wait for 3 working days. Now its over but still i am getting my money. They are not refund my money. Order was placed by sumathi (My friend name). I am prasun mukherjee placed an order for my friend.
