I have booked one kurta of rs. 362 on 20.09.2019 in club factory online shopping prepaid.kurta company is envy 9 blue print kurti ( venija fashions) .but still kurta was not received so far.already one month passed.my order number is S[protected].shipment number is[protected].kindly help.

My order not received in club factory
Club factory mobile app show the order status delivered still I don't get my order.
