I have ordered this product on 10th March 2018 through online from club factory, paid full amount. Yet to receive this product after 20 days - usually it takes 7 days, as per club factory it can take 12 days. No update or tracking is possible.

I have ordred four items worth 2023 with clubfactory but due to size confusion i have requested to change size of shoes.

after delivery i returned complete order but they have not refunded amount for shoes that is approx 800 and now there app is also not working to complain.
