Order number :SO13725464 I have ordered 17 items on 14feb 2018 on club factory aap. I have paid full amount through paytm. The estimated delivery date of products was 4th of March but my order not arrived yet. Also there is no intimation of delivery date on aap. Verified Support Mar 09, 2018 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, please do not worry, we already send your parcel to the shipping agent. It is in transit to India and in customs clearance now. So there is no tracking information update. We have been trying to push the express company to transport as soon as possible. We are urging the express company to update the logistics as soon as possible. We had pushed courier for times, cause there so many parcel need to ship, the logistic not update in time, hope you understand, we know your mood and we will try our best to urge, sincerely hope you can get it soon!
