[Resolved]  Club Factory — my refund is withdrawn by someone else

One of my order item got cancelled because it went out of stock after order placement. They added the refund amount to my club factory balance. Soon the balance was withdrawn, but i didn't initiate a withdraw. I contacted support team. First they said it is withdrawn to the original payment mode. When i mentioned i didn't receive it on my original payment mode, they said it was withdrawn to a number unknown to me. Surely someone has breached into my account. My password is strong enough and cannot be guessed unless a data breach or internal scam. I want my money back.
Refer to the attached picture sent by their support team. The details of cash withdrawal channel is definitely not mine.

I have logged in to my account from 2 devices. I change my password from one device, but still can access my account from the second device without need to type in the new password. I am a website developer, so I know what is happening. The website is setting a cookie, and the cookie is not validated each time. So even after changing password, the cookie is still valid. If I can continue using the website from the 2nd device, I am sure the hacker can still use my account. There is serious glitch in your security settings. Instead of trying to cover it, please try to resolve it.

Very poor answer. So you are unable to track data breaches on your end and provide necessary security. I am changing my password and will never buy anything at all from club factory. Worst online shopping I have ever seen where product is cancelled after taking the money and practically no refund.
I ordered a product from Club Factory (CF). I paid through my card.
They sent a wrong product. I returned it and claimed refund.
They refunded the amount in my CF account.
It was withdrawn into someone else's paytm phone number, which is : [protected]
Now, CF is telling me they cant do anything. Firstly, I did not pay via Paytm. I paid via my card.
2nd, this is not even my number
Someone else's number is registered in my account and now CF is not helping.
They only reach through chat on their app...they dont respond on that chat and close the window on their own.
Their number [protected] is not picked up before 15 minutes everytime I call. When they pick up, they disconnect without listening to my problem.
They have been providing me refernce IDs without any resolution.
Thus a big-time scammer. STAY AWAY from them !
